The MBA market is crowded with programs that promise leadership and deliver lectures. The Haile MBA was built differently. Four executive capabilities: critical thinking, adaptability, strategic communication, and emotional intelligence. These are the organizing principle of every course, every project, and every assessment.
This is graduate level business education designed for the way careers actually unfold: where judgment matters more than memorization, where change is constant, and where the ability to think clearly, communicate powerfully, and lead with confidence determines who moves forward.

Most MBA programs treat skills as outcomes that emerge indirectly from content mastery. The Haile MBA inverts that model. Four executive capabilities form the organizing principle of the entire curriculum, introduced early, reinforced throughout, and demonstrated in a real-client capstone.
Navigate ambiguity, overcome bias, build compelling arguments
Lead through disruption, manage change, sustain performance under pressure
Transform analysis into influential narratives for any audience
Lead with self-awareness, build psychological safety, drive team performance

The Haile MBA totals 33 credits across four layers, each building on the last. Courses run as 7-week, fully online courses designed for working professionals. AI is integrated throughout as a tool for analysis and decision support, not avoided nor restricted.
The sequencing is deliberate. Skills come first, content follows, and everything builds toward a real-client capstone. Stack courses can be mixed across areas or completed within a single track. Explore the full curriculum at nku.edu/mba.

Choosing to earn my MBA at Northern Kentucky University was one of the best and most rewarding decisions I've ever made. The curriculum was challenging, innovative and relevant, teaching me real-world applications that I continue to apply in my career today. The caliber of professors and fellow students was top notch, and I still keep in touch with many of them. I consider them all great resources, and as my career advances, I continue to look to them for guidance and support.

The professors have a wealth of real-world experience, and the topics that we cover in the courses can be directly applied to our careers. I have also had the chance to work with students from many different backgrounds, which has enhanced the learning experience for everyone involved with the MBA program. I am very pleased with my choice to study at NKU, and I know that this decision will help advance my career in the near future.

There was a variety of different educational and occupational backgrounds within my cohort and the professors were understanding of our different backgrounds, willing to help us with whatever we were unfamiliar with. I remember always being encouraged to put forth our best work and being pushed outside of our comfort zones, which was a life changing experience for me. I got the opportunity to work with several Fortune 500 companies and made incredible bonds with amazing people.
